Domestic Violence Housing First (DVHF) eliminates housing as a reason for survivors to stay in abusive relationships by providing advocacy and a flexible approach to support that gives survivors the ability to establish a home and the freedom to choose how bestto rebuild their lives.

Washington DVHF initial project partners include: the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Washington State Coalition Against Domestic Violence, and thirteen pilot programs. Additional partners include: Empire Health Foundation, Medina Foundation and OneFamily Foundation.
